IQI Applied Vocabulary and Infrastructure Standard - Core
The IQI Applied Vocabulary establishes a common language for Infrastructure Quality. The Infrastructure Standard — Core provides common requirements for examining and determining Quality, while Context Guides address particular types of infrastructure.
Infrastructure Context Guides
Context Guides apply the common Core requirements to particular types of infrastructure. They provide additional requirements and establish expected Quality outcomes appropriate to each infrastructure type and its life-cycle stages.
Energy Infrastructure - Natural Gas
These guides address natural gas production, processing, transportation, distribution, and storage. They are being reviewed and updated to align with the revised Infrastructure Standard — Core and Applied Vocabulary.

About IQI - Infrastructure Quality in Practice

Its Infrastructure Standard – Core, controlled vocabulary, Context Guides, and supporting resources are voluntary and non-regulatory.
They do not constitute engineering supervision, regulatory enforcement, certification, legal compliance, or approval of any infrastructure object or Quality Claim.
